SHAMELESS Seizoen 6 dvd 1 afl. 5 tm. 8

In SHAMELESS maken we kennis met de äsociale"familie Gallager en hun buren die in een achterstandswijk in Manchester wonen.
Gestolen autos rijden af en aan en regelmatig worden geparkeerde autos in de fik gestoken of de wielen worden er afgesloopt.

Moeder Galleger is een paar jaar geleden met de noorderzon vertrokken.
Vader Frank die met zes kinderen bleef zitten,slaat bijna dagelijks de hand aan de fles en zijn kinderen.
Met de moed der wanhoop probeert zijn oudste dochter Fiona alles in goede banen te leiden.
Maar dit is niet bepaald gemakkelijk.
De zestienjarige Lip staat op het punt zijn maagdelijkheid te verliezen,zijn vijftienjarige broer Ian heeft een relatie met de getrouwde,islamitische baas van de buurt super,
en broer Carl,zus Debbie en baby Liam hebben zo hun eigen problemen.
Dan zijn er nog hun sexverslaafde buren Kev en Veronica,en sheila franks pillen verslaafde,neurotische vriendin.
Als Fiona de charmante sjacheraar Steve ontmoet,kan ze dan ook niet geloven dat hij echt in haar en haar familie is geintreseerd.




De semi -autobiografische serie Shamelles van Paul Abbot kreeg een BAFTA-AWARD voor beste drama serie.
Ook werd de serie bekroond met een WRITERS-AWARD ,een IFTA-AWARD voor beste actrice{Anne-Marie Duff,en op het Broadcasting Press Guild AWARDS met de prijs voor beste dramaserie en beste Actrice

Season 6 - Epsiode 5 
Karen's relationship with Jamie is put under strain when she suffers a miscarriage, 
unaware she was pregnant she and Jamie start to contemplate whether they want kids or not. 
and things don't get any better for them when they here of the Maguires new twisted reaction to thei news. 
Liam wins a modelling competition that Debbie submitted him for. 
Tom takes his prank war with Stan one step too far unaware that stan is the one who has the upper hand. 
And Carl gets into trouble with the female residents of the estate when he starts a little black book.

Season 6 - Episode 6 
A DSS Officer arrives at the Gallaghers enquiring about their benefits, 
when he learns that they're claiming for more children than who live at home, 
they set about trying to stop him from reporting them. 
Frank sets about using drugs and alcohol but, Monica takes a more personal approach upsetting Frank. 
After, a football match Carl grows suspicious of Mickey's sexuality and sets a trap for him but, 
will he live to regret it. 
Tom and Carrie both set off for pastures new after recent events start to catch up with them. 
Also, disorientated and chained to a bed in a strange room, Paddy wakes to discover he can't remember where he is or how he got there

Season 6 - Episode 7 
Ian returns to England unaware, that he's carrying a secret cargo. 
It's Mimi and Paddy's anniversary but, he's still no where to be seen. 
And when he fails to turn up at the party, Mimi's left distraught. 
unaware to the Maguire's, Paddy's still being help hostage by Maureen who it injecting him with heroin, 
as payback for her late daughter. 
Debbie and Maxine's shoplifting trip goes wrong when they find themselves locked in the centre overnight but, 
things might not be all as they seem with the security guard. 
Shane and Kelly decide to make their own sex-tape unaware that they've got a secret audience. And, 
feeling unwanted Monica decides to leave her family again. 
And when Ian hears from Liam that she's gone out for a loaf of bread he realises that history's repeating itself and rounds up the family.

Season 6 - Episode 8 
Paddy returns and is determined to keep his heroin addiction a secret from the Maguires, 
while Mimi starts to think that he's got cancer. 
Meanwhile, when Frank inherits a house from an aunt, the Gallaghers celebrate a possible new start outside Chatsworth however, 
thing's aren't all as they first appear. 
After Kelly resigns from Lillian's brothel, she and Shane scam unsuspecting male clients in hotels across the city,
 until a sting goes horribly wrong leading to life threatning circumstances. 
Meanwhile, Jamie sabotages Karen's application for a wedding licence, 
and she reacts in a shocking way by standing strong ang making it clear that she'll never let the Maguires get hold of The Jockey.
